In a long conversation on my back porch in a rainstorm, Enzo was able to help me pull back a curtain in my mind and reveal some of my hidden truths. Therapy sessions are typically artificially framed in an hour format. The extended time that a soul work session provides, allows conversations to circle round, revisit, uncover and then finish naturally. After my session, I felt inspired, exhausted, and hopeful.
